The organisation that hosts the DNS records for IOResort.com has apparently been suffering from Denial Of Service (DOS) attacks the last couple of days.
So for all those having trouble accessing IOResort.com, try using the IP Address instead.

Wow, what a surprise! After not being able to get on TLR to finish the round I checked on your site and found out what was going on. Of course by then the round was ending and I couldn’t get in to find out who killed me!! Don’t suppose anyone will own up now. No matter, the team won. Woohoo, and there was me starting to think of not playing! thanks team for doing so well.
